I’m a Toronto-based television editor specializing in unscripted and documentary storytelling.
Born and raised in Ecuador, now based in Canada, I moved to Toronto at 17 with one goal in mind: to build a career in film and television. Over the past decade, I’ve worked my way through the industry from post-production assistant to editor, crafting stories for major broadcasters including CBC, CTV, HGTV, MTV, Discovery+, and more.
As an editor, I focus on structure, pacing, and emotional clarity — shaping raw footage into compelling narratives that resonate with audiences. My work spans competition series, lifestyle programming, and documentary films.
I co-produced and edited the feature documentary No Responders Left Behind, which aired on Discovery+ and CNN and was screened at the 9/11 Memorial & Museum in New York. The film was nominated for a Canadian Screen Award (Donald Brittain Award for Best Social/Political Documentary).
In addition to television editing, I also direct and shoot independent projects, music videos, and branded content. My background in cinematography and directing strengthens my editorial perspective — I understand story not just in the timeline, but from the lens outward.
Whether collaborating within a broadcast post team or developing a project from concept to final delivery, my goal remains the same: to tell stories that feel authentic, dynamic, and emotionally grounded.
